If you haven’t heard all of the buzz by now then I would like to inform you that as of July 9th our training team also known as product specialists have been providing training webinars for all CiiRUS users with the use of GoToWebinar. To register for a webinar training session all property management companies must visit the CiiRUS Training Academy website where it will ask to provide personal information so that our trainers may communicate with the user registering. Training webinars take place weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays covering sessions one thru five. The reasoning behind the implementation of the GoToWebinars is to give our customers the opportunity to have ample training time that not only fits the trainer’s schedule but most importantly their own schedule so that they may be able to have the time needed to grasp the information. For instance, in the past trainers did not have immediate open availability that fit the property managers schedule or vice versa and with the webinars, this will help in this situation.
Previous to the GoToWebinars the options of on-site training, in office training, and training using GoToMeeting all on a one-on-one basis had been provided. Currently, we do still offer all one-on-one sessions if preferable however as we move forward having the convenience and frequency of the webinars is important to the customer moving forward with immediately running an efficient business. Once all webinar training sessions have been completed a Q&A session will be provided to the users to ask additional questions that may have not been covered or that may still be causing some confusion. Having the option of a GoToWebinar along with a Q&A session allows for the customer to retain all of the information given or at least the majority of how the software works and how each feature can be applied to operating their business to increase the success of the business.
