To continue expanding our company, we have brought on Justin Ireland as the new Onboarding Manager. With this role, his responsibility is to successfully guide all the new customers through the onboarding process. To achieve this, he must attend to every question the customer has while guiding them through the necessary steps to completely understand the software. With that being said, during the onboarding process, it is vital that the customer successfully completes each webinar training session with one of our product specialists. To register for a webinar training session they must click on the orange “Webinar Registration Tab” at the top of our CiiRUS Training Academy site.
Furthermore, a significant part of CiiRUS‘ culture is to know more about each new team member. As Justin embarks on his journey with us, I took the opportunity to ask him a few questions about himself and his contribution to the growth of CiiRUS.
1. What city and state did you grow up in?
I grew up in Saint Cloud, Florida.
2. What college or university did you go to? What was your major? And what degree did you get?
I attended the University of Central Florida where I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.
3. How does your field of study relate to the Vacation Rental Industry? And what can you give to the growth of CiiRUS?
My degree focuses on communication and managerial skills. These mastered skills coupled with my extensive experience in the customer service field makes a perfect fit here at CiiRUS.
4. What is a goal that you are seeking to carry out as the Onboarding Manager here at CiiRUS?
My goal is to create new standard operating procedures that will make the Onboarding process more efficient.
5. What makes you unique? Is there anything else we should know about you?
What makes me unique is that I am extremely family orientated and this is how I center my way of life. One thing that I would like to share is I love that CiiRUS has been enormously welcoming.
