Here at CiiRUS, the greatest pleasure of what we do is in building relationships with customers and partners. After all, the travel and hospitality industries revolve around relationships and quality service. We’d like you to meet and get to know the amazing people behind the scenes who help make CiiRUS the leader in vacation rental software.
In this month’s CiiRUS Team Member Spotlight, meet Onboarding Success Manager, Leah Green. Let’s get to know Leah as he shares some insight about herself, her role at CiiRUS, and more.
Briefly describe what your role is at CiiRUS.
My role at CiiRUS involves working closely with new clients coming onto the platform to teach them how to use the system so that they can get the most out of what the software has to offer.
What’s the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is getting to meet new people from all over. I enjoy learning about them and their businesses.
What does your workspace look like?
I try to keep my workspace organized, but I have sticky notes and notepads everywhere. I am a little old school when it comes to jotting things down on paper.
What has been one of your proudest moments working at CiiRUS?
When I first started working at CiiRUS a little over a year ago, I started out as a Front Desk Agent. A few months later, I became a Technical Support Specialist. And in recent months, I was given the opportunity to become the Onboarding Success Manager. So, for me, I think my proudest moment recently has been finding my confidence to take the lead with new clients that are just starting out with the system. The personal and professional growth I’ve experienced here is something I’m really proud of.
What do you like to do when you’re not at the office?
When I’m not at the office, I love spending time with my family and being outdoors. We spend our days going hiking, to the beach, as well as spending some time at Disney World.
What inspires you?
My son inspires me every day. He is 8 years old, and seeing the world through his eyes as he grows up has been a wonderful experience.
What is something you learned in the last week?
I feel like I learn something new every day. Although currently, as a hobby, I am teaching myself how to use video editing software.
If you could pick one superpower, what would it be?
I would love to be able to teleport. There are just so many places I want to see, and a lot of my family lives far away, so it would be great just to pop in to see them.
How do you define success?
My definition of success is how happy I feel. If my family and I are happy and healthy, that is success to me.
What are five words (or less) of advice for others in your profession?
Patience and to really listen.
